Shipping & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your POLA Leather purchase. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship and how returns work.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is available for a flat rate of $5.95 on orders under $99. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at hello@polaleather.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us and we will be happy to help arrange an exchange. The same return conditions apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
